Where two or more players have the same total points (including any
bonuses), their individual matches against each other will be used to
create their order. For example:
Ignoring the rules as to how points are allocated according to results, Players 3, 4 and 5 all have 15 points.
To determine the order for these players, the individual matches against each other are calculated:
