You want to change the promotion rule or the number of players per box.

Promotion and relegation ONLY takes place when you Process a league.

This means that you could get to the end of a league period or cycle and are just about to process the league, and then change the promotion system. Now when you process the league, the new promotion system will be used.

You want to change the number of players per box

The number of players per box value is used in two places:

• When you process a league
• When you click the reshuffle button on the Population page.

 This means that you can effectively change the number of player per box any time you want. However, in doing so you will completely change the individual players in each box and therefore the individual matches associated with it.

Therefore the ONLY time to correctly do it is either just before you process a league or immediately afterwards, before any matches have been played.

A player says he doesn't know his login details

Go to Edit Players and assuming he exists, click on the player and you have two choices:

1) Simply email them directly with the username and password on their profile page.

2) At the bottom of their profile page in Additional Functions, is a link to "Send login details.."
