When entering online, all entrants must enter at least their First Name, Surname and Email Address. In addition, there are a wide range of other fields available, some of which will only be used for specific sports.

If you want entrants to optionally record their 'Date of Birth', for instance, then tick the Visible tickbox. However, you can enforce a valid date to be added by ticking the Required tickbox.

These field options are similar to the main Player fields and if you enable a particular entry field, the corresponding Player field will automatically be enabled too.

Note: Online Entry Fields are only available if Online Entry has been enabled in the Tournament Setup for the selected tournament.
