There are a number of ways that emails are sent from League Master, but you can send to a wide range of recipients from the main administrative login.

SUPER login > Send Emails

There are a number of categories of recipient for sending emails to, but some will only be available if your license includes the associated functionality.

For instance, unless you have the Tournament module enabled, you will not see the categories of Tournament Entrants or Tournament Players.

To send an email, simply select your category, add your text and click Send at the bottom.

Points to note:

1) Only if an email address has been entered for a particular contact, will the system attempt to send an email.

2) Club Contacts will include the contacts above for all clubs which are designated as 'current'.

Tip: To ensure that you do not send to a club that is no longer in the league, login as SUPER, go to Clubs, select a club and tick or untick Current as required.

3) The from field will, by default, only show noreply@leaguemaster.co.uk. If you would like your own custom email address, please contact League Master.
